Taris Sultana Raisins Union

Taris Sultana Raisins Union was established in 1934 by the Taris Agricultural Cooperative, with the intention of growing, processing and promoting the consumption of vine fruits in Turkey and abroad.

Today, the Taris Sultana Raisins Union comprises 14 cooperatives with 22,000 member growers, and the company has become the largest exporter of Sultanas in the world with an annual export in excess 40,000 m/tonnes.

The fruit is grown in the West of Turkey and the port of Izmir is used as the gateway for all exported products.
