Our main source of almonds is California. California is the world’s largest producer of almonds with this area producing about 80% of the global almond supply.

Brazil Nuts
Brazil nuts are tree nuts native to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, Bolivia, and Peru. They come from the South American Bertholletia excelsa tree which is one of the largest and longest-lived trees in the Amazon rainforest. Brazil nuts provide many different important nutrients including, healthy fats, fibre, and proteins.
The Grades we currently stock are:

Cashews

We predominantly source our cashew nuts from Vietnam. Cashew nuts are cultivated from a cashew tree, the cashew is a tropical tree originating from brazil. However, they are now widely grown across several hot climates globally.

Hazelnuts
Hazelnuts
Hazelnuts are grown principally in Türkiye (70% of total worldwide production) and Italy (20%), with significant crops produced in Spain, Oregon (USA) and Georgia.
The UK obtains the overall vast majority of its needs from Türkiye.

Macadamias
Macadamias
Macadamia nuts are tree nuts grown in various places around the world, for example South Africa and Kenya. They have a creamy texture and flavour and like most other nuts, Macadamias also provide various health benefits.
There are many styles that we can offer ranging from 0-8.

Pecans
The history of pecans can be traced back to the 16th century. While it is the only major tree nut that grows naturally in North America, the pecan is considered one of the most valuable North American nut species. The name “pecan” is a Native American word of Algonquin origin that was used to describe “all nuts requiring a stone to crack.”

The Pistachio nut is grown on a small tree originating from Central Asia and the Middle East.
We mainly source our pistachios from the USA. Pistachios are highly versatile and available in numerous varieties and forms suitable for diverse product applications.

The traditional countries of origin used by UK importers for the past several decades have been India and China. However, more recently these have been increasingly supplemented with supplies from Eastern Europe and the USA.
